The Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of Somalia invites bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 6MWp solar photovoltaic power plant with a 10MWh battery energy storage system for Wamo Energy Service Company (WESCO) in Kismayo City, Jubaland State.
