Özet
The Ministry of Transport and Meteorology of Madagascar, through the Multimodal Transport and Logistics Project funded by the World Bank, invites international bids for two lots of aviation navigation aid equipment at Toliara airport. Lot 01 is for a Non-Directional Beacon radiobeacon; lot 02 for additional aircraft ground guidance lighting panels. Eligible bidders may obtain documents and must submit sealed paper bids by November 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM Madagascar time. Each lot includes installation, calibration, factory inspections, site testing, and training. Bid securities of USD 2000 (lot 1) and USD 1700 (lot 2) are required. No local preference margins apply.
