Özet
The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and SMEs of the Democratic Republic of Congo issues an international invitation for bids to acquire and transport 2,000 solar panel kits with battery. These kits will support banking agents of MFIs and COOPEC in localities with limited or no electricity access. Delivery must occur within a minimum of 2 months in cities including Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, and Kisangani. This World Bank-financed procurement closes on November 11, 2026, at 14:00 local time, with no electronic submissions accepted.
