Özet
The Project Coordination and Management Unit (UCM) of the Ministry of Hydraulic Resources and Electricity in DR Congo invites eligible suppliers to submit proposals for the design, supply, and installation of an integrated management information system supported by a geographic information system for the National Electricity Company (SNEL). The system will be mainly installed at SNEL headquarters in Kinshasa within 18 months. This international competitive bidding follows World Bank procurement rules. The submission deadline is 23 November 2026 at 15:00 local time. The tender documents can be obtained from UCM in Kinshasa upon payment of 100 USD.
