The Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA), funded by the World Bank, invites expressions of interest for the position of Senior Program Officer (Officer-in-charge) responsible for managing the Horn of Africa Initiative secretariat in Nairobi, Kenya. Applicants must submit updated signed CVs by email by 6 November 2026, 17:00 EAT. Selection follows the Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) method as per World Bank regulations.
