Özet
The Water Projects Execution Unit in the Democratic Republic of Congo seeks a consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive analysis of institutions, laws, human resources, and expenses in the water sector in rural and urban areas. The aim is to develop a reform strategy and implementation roadmap to improve public water services in rural areas. The expression of interest deadline is November 2, 2026. The selection method is based on consultant qualifications (QCBS). Experience with public sector reform and the water sector is required. Terms of Reference are available at https://www.cepo.cd.
