Consulting Services for Groundwater Investigation and Borehole Drilling Design in Seven Woredas, Ethiopia

The Afar Regional Project Coordination Unit in Ethiopia invites qualified consulting firms to conduct hydrogeological and geophysical investigations to identify sustainable and climate-resilient groundwater sites for potable and irrigation water supply in seven woredas of the Afar Region. Services include data review, surveys, stakeholder consultations, environmental and social assessments, GIS database creation, capacity building, and preparing technical bidding documents for subsequent borehole drilling works. The project is funded by the World Bank. Expressions of interest must be submitted by 29 October 2026. The procedure follows World Bank procurement regulations.
