Financial and accounting audit of the FSRP project for fiscal years 2026, 2027 and 2028

The Ministry of Agriculture of Madagascar requests expressions of interest to recruit an external audit firm for the Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP) accounts for the years 2026 to 2028. The World Bank funded project requires professional and independent audits to ensure appropriate use of funds. Selection will follow the Least Cost Selection method, limited to audit firms registered with IFAC and with proven local experience. The submission deadline is October 29, 2026, at 16:00.
