COMESA, financed by the World Bank, invites consulting firms to express interest in a framework agreement for geospatial electrification planning and analytical services supporting the ASCENT Project in Eastern and Southern Africa. Services include developing and updating national electrification analyses, spatial data infrastructure, decision-support platforms, and capacity building. The agreement is for three years, extendable up to two years. Interested firms must have at least 10 years’ experience and previous similar assignments.
