Özet
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation of Angola invites consulting firms to provide services for training teachers and staff of higher education institutions in digital skills. This project is financed by the World Bank and the Global Partnership for Education with a combined funding of 200 million USD. The consulting service lasts up to six months. The deadline for expressions of interest is October 26, 2026 at 3:30 pm Angola local time. Selection will follow the Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Detailed terms of reference are available from the Ministry in Luanda.
