Design, construction, installation and commissioning works for the Gassi substation extension in Chad

Chad Electricity Company (TchadElec) issues an international invitation for bids for the design, construction, installation, and commissioning of the extension of the 225/90/15 kV Gassi substation, including partial demolition of the existing 90 kV substation. This contract is part of the Cameroon-Chad Electricity Network Interconnection Project, funded by the World Bank. Bids must be submitted by November 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time, following a two-envelope procedure without prequalification.
