Recruitment of External Auditor for PVI Financial Audit for 2026 and 2027

The Coordination Unit of the Niger Smart Villages Project (PVI) invites expressions of interest to recruit an external auditor for the financial audit for fiscal years 2026, 2027, and the grace period. The project is funded by World Bank credits and grants aimed at enhancing rural growth and digital inclusion by providing broadband communication services. The auditor will verify fiduciary management, prepare audit reports per International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and ensure compliance with project financial rules.
