Özet
The PCU West Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (WADIP) Guinea-Bissau requests expressions of interest for consulting services to conduct a technical and financial audit of mobile telecom operators in Guinea-Bissau. The audit will provide a comprehensive assessment of network performance and the financial integrity of operations.
