Consultant for construction standards of energy and digital infrastructures in Madagascar

Özet

The Ministry of Energy and Hydrocarbons and the Ministry of Digital Development of Madagascar seek a consulting firm to develop construction standards for energy and digital/ICT infrastructures, including a Management and Maintenance Manual (MGE). Two lots are offered: Lot 1 for energy infrastructures; Lot 2 for digital, telecommunications and ICT infrastructures. The project is funded by the World Bank. The submission deadline is 5 November 2026. The selection method is quality and cost based and open to both international and local firms, with options for association.
