Supply and Commissioning of Equipment for the Revenue Protection Program in Togo

The Togolese Ministry of Energy and Mining Resources issues an international bidding for the supply of 1200 modems for medium voltage meters, 4000 smart meter data concentrators for low voltage meters, associated energy meters, cables, and accessories.
