Acquisition of Field Equipment for PASEL Safeguard Specialists

The Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Congo, through the PASEL project funded by the World Bank, invites sealed bids for the supply of field equipment for safeguard specialists. The procurement follows World Bank's investment project financing rules. Eligible suppliers must submit one original and two copies of their bids by October 26, 2026, 12:00 noon local time at the PASEL Project Management Unit in Brazzaville. Electronic submission is not allowed. The tender documents are available free of charge in French from the PASEL Unit. Delivery must be made at the PASEL headquarters within ten calendar days after contract award.
