Consultant for Preliminary and Detailed Studies for Low-Cost Electrification of 1600 Localities in Senegal

The Senegal National Electricity Agency (SENELEC) is recruiting a consultant to conduct preliminary (APS) and detailed (APD) studies for low-cost electrification of 1600 localities within SENELEC's perimeter. The project is funded by the World Bank under PADAES with a budget of 150 million USD. This is an international expression of interest procedure where technical and financial proposals are not required at this stage. The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is November 4, 2026. Evaluation will be based on criteria from the original AMI No. 35/2026 to establish a shortlist.
