Feasibility Study and Bidding Documents for Channel Marking, Dredging, and Invasive Plant Removal at Lake Chad

The Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation and National Meteorology of Chad requests expressions of interest for a firm to conduct detailed technical, economic, environmental, and social studies and prepare bidding documents related to navigable channel marking, high spot dredging, and removal of invasive aquatic plants in the Bol, Bagasola, and Mani project areas. Financed by the World Bank, the project aims to improve multimodal connectivity and navigation on Lake Chad waterways. The consultancy duration is six months. Eligible firms must have at least ten years of experience and at least five similar assignments completed in the past decade, preferably in internationally funded projects. Deadline for submission is November 2, 2026. The procedure is open international. Documents available through the PCIT.
