Is Shipsen Market a shop?
No. It is a sourcing platform: you find suppliers, request quotations and negotiate. Orders, payment and shipping are agreed directly with the supplier.
What does the “Verified” badge mean?
Our team reviewed the company registration and tax documents. Manufacturer, exporter and factory badges require additional certificates or an on-site check.
For buyers
How do I get quotations from several suppliers at once?
Post a sourcing request (RFQ) with quantity, destination and specifications. After a quick review it is sent to matching suppliers, who reply with structured quotations you can compare side by side.
Is it free for buyers?
Yes. Browsing, contacting suppliers and posting sourcing requests are free for professional buyers.
For suppliers
How long does supplier approval take?
Usually 2 business days once your company registration (RC) and tax documents are uploaded. You can prepare products as drafts in the meantime.
Can I invite colleagues to manage the account?
Yes. From Team you can invite colleagues with scoped roles: product managers, sales managers, RFQ managers and account managers.
