1. The platform

Shipsen Market is a business-to-business sourcing platform. It does not sell goods itself and is not a party to contracts concluded between buyers and suppliers.

2. Accounts

Accounts are for professional use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the company information you provide and for keeping your credentials private.

3. Supplier obligations

Suppliers must only list products they can lawfully manufacture or distribute, provide truthful documents during verification and respond to buyers in good faith.

4. Buyer obligations

Buyers must only post genuine sourcing requests and must not use supplier contact details for unsolicited marketing.

5. Content

You keep the rights to the content you upload and grant Shipsen Market a licence to display it on the platform.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonably possible.

7. Changes

We will announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance.

Shipsen Market connects buyers and suppliers

Shipsen Market connects business buyers and suppliers. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you acknowledge that:

• Shipsen Market does not buy or sell any product and is not a party to transactions concluded between users;
• Shipsen Market is not responsible for the quality, compliance or delivery of products, nor for contracts, payments or advances exchanged between users;
• each user checks their partner, the terms of the transaction and the applicable regulations before any commitment.
