The Project Coordination and Management Unit (UCM) of the Ministry of Hydraulic Resources and Electricity in DR Congo invites eligible suppliers to submit proposals for the design, supply, and installation of an integrated management information system supported by a geographic information system for the National Electricity Company (SNEL).
