Establishment of National CSIRT and SOC for High-Speed Administration Intranet (RIAD)

Summary

The Mauritania Ministry of Digital Transformation, through the WARDIP Project Management Unit and financed by the World Bank, invites bids to establish a national Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and a Security Operations Center (SOC) for the Administration’s High-Speed Intranet Network (RIAD). This is a national competitive bidding open to eligible suppliers from countries defined by the World Bank. Tender documents are available in French for a fee of 4000 MRU. Deadline for submission is 17 November 2026 at 12:00 local time in Nouakchott. Electronic submissions are not allowed.
