Selection of Consultant Firms for Post-Contract Services for School Construction in Ghana

Summary

The Ministry of Education of Ghana, financed by the World Bank, invites consulting firms to provide post-contract services including supervision and management for the construction of 10 new senior high schools and the upgrade and rehabilitation of 200 existing schools across 9 zones. The assignment will start around April 2027 and last approximately 24 months plus a 12-month defects liability period. Eligibility requires at least 15 years experience in construction supervision with at least two projects each valued at over GHS 50 million completed in the last 5 years. Expressions of interest must be sent by 4 November 2026 to the Ministry’s procurement office by email or post.
