The National Agricultural Extension Agency (ONCA) in Morocco invites consulting firms to express interest for technical studies, scheduling, management, coordination and supervision of construction works related to the refurbishment of 16 Agricultural Advisory Centers across Souss-Massa, Gharb, Tadla, Loukkos, and Moulouya regions.
