Design, Development and Commissioning of the National e-Government Portal (Burundi)

The Ministry of Finance of Burundi, through the PAFEN Project Management Unit, invites bids for the design, development, integration, deployment and commissioning of a secure, nationwide e-Government portal. The portal will provide unified digital access to public services, including at least eleven fully digitized services. The contract duration is 12 months, with key milestones at 36 and 52 weeks. The procurement is a national competitive bidding with eligibility criteria including financial capacity (USD 250,000 liquidity) and technical experience (successful completion of at least two online public service portals).
