Özet
The Ministry of Water and Energy of Chad, through the Energy Access Scale Up Project (PAAET) financed by the World Bank, invites sealed bids under international competitive bidding (IFB No. TD-CEAS-520614-GO-RFB) for supply, installation, and maintenance of autonomous solar systems (SSS) to electrify 436 schools and 256 health centers in four lots. Additional estimated quantities may be ordered. The procurement follows a primary procedure with award based on 70% technical and 30% price criteria. Eligible suppliers can obtain bidding documents from the Project Execution Unit at the address given. The submission deadline is December 22, 2026.
