Design, Development and Deployment of Digital Health Care Solution for Refugees in Uganda

The National Information Technology Authority-Uganda, financed by the World Bank, is procuring services for designing, developing, and deploying a digital solution aimed at equitable health care for refugee communities under the Uganda Digital Acceleration Project. The international competitive procurement follows a Request for Proposals with a single-stage two-envelope process. Proposals must be submitted by November 30, 2026, at 1100 Hours East Africa Time physically delivered to the NITA-U office in Kampala.
