Development and deployment of an electronic public procurement system for Burundi

The Ministry of Communication, Information Technology and Media of Burundi, through the Project for the Support of Digital Economy Foundations (PAFEN), invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the custom design, development, and deployment of a full electronic public procurement system (e-GP). Funded by the World Bank, the system must comply with Burundi's public procurement laws and be developed collaboratively with local technical teams. The procurement procedure is an international competitive bidding requiring prior experience with functional national e-GP systems. The contract duration is 18 months from award notification.
