Product overview
A stock system for companies that lose time and money because the quantity on the shelf never matches the quantity in the file: real-time stock across several warehouses, barcode and QR scanning on a phone or scanner, batch and expiry tracking, low-stock alerts and inventory counts, live in four to eight weeks with training and data import included.
What it does
- Multi-warehouse stock with transfers and location mapping
- Barcode and QR scanning on Android phones or dedicated scanners
- Batch, serial number and expiry date tracking
- Reorder points and low-stock alerts by e-mail or push
- Receptions, picking, packing and delivery notes
- Inventory counts with variance reports and audit trail
- Stock coverage, ageing and movement reports
Rollout
- Warehouse and product data review, 2 to 4 days
- Configuration of locations, units and barcodes
- Import of products and opening stock from Excel
- Team training on scanners, then go live
Integration and support
The system connects to e-commerce stores, ERP and accounting tools through a REST API, so a sale reduces stock in one place only. Offline mode keeps scanning working when the network drops. Support runs for 12 months after go-live, with optional maintenance afterwards.
Questions about Inventory and warehouse management system with barcode scanning
- Does the system work with barcode scanners we already own?
- Yes. Any scanner that behaves like a keyboard works, and Android phones can scan with the camera. Labels can also be printed from the system if your products have no barcode yet.
- Can it handle several warehouses and shops?
- Yes. Stock is tracked per warehouse, shop and location, with transfers between them and a consolidated view. Each user sees only the sites they are allowed to manage.
- Can it connect to our online store or ERP?
- Yes. A REST API keeps products, prices and stock in sync with an online store, an ERP or an accounting tool, so an online sale and a counter sale both reduce the same stock.
