Product overview

A monitoring and tracking platform for transporters, distributors and exporters who need to answer where is my shipment without calling the driver: live GPS map, geofence alerts, delivery status with photo proof, driver and vehicle reports and a public tracking link for each buyer, live in four to ten weeks.

What it does

  • Live map of vehicles, shipments and field agents, with history playback
  • Geofences around warehouses, clients and borders, with entry and exit alerts
  • Delivery status updates, electronic signature and photo proof of delivery
  • Driver behaviour, route and stop-time reports
  • Fuel, mileage and maintenance follow-up per vehicle
  • Tracking link and e-mail updates for the buyer
  • Alerts by SMS, e-mail or push when a shipment is late or off-route

Rollout

  1. Fleet and route review, 3 to 5 days
  2. Installation of GPS devices or the driver mobile app
  3. Configuration of geofences, alerts and user roles
  4. Dispatcher training, pilot week, then full use

Integration and support

A REST API connects the tracking data to your ERP, store or client portal, so shipment status appears where your team already works. Reports are exported to Excel or PDF. Support runs for 12 months, with optional maintenance afterwards.

Questions about Shipment and fleet tracking system — live GPS monitoring

Do we need GPS devices or is a phone enough?
Both work. A driver mobile app is enough for deliveries and field teams; wired GPS trackers suit trucks better, because they keep reporting when the phone is off and send fuel and ignition data.
Can our clients follow their own shipment?
Yes. Each shipment gets a tracking link showing status, position and estimated arrival, without exposing the rest of your fleet. Updates can also be sent by e-mail or SMS.
How far back is the position history kept?
Twelve months by default, with route playback for any day in that period. Longer retention is available, and reports export to Excel or PDF for audits and client disputes.
