Product overview

A modular ERP for producers, traders and exporters that keeps stock, purchasing, production, sales and accounting on one data model, so the numbers stop disagreeing between teams and sites. Start with two modules, add the rest without changing platform, with a rollout of six to twelve weeks including data migration and staff training.

Modules

  • Inventory and warehouse: multi-warehouse stock, transfers, batches, expiry
  • Purchasing: suppliers, purchase orders, receptions, landed cost
  • Production: work orders, bills of material, batch and quality tracking
  • Sales and CRM: clients, quotations, orders, price lists per client
  • Invoicing: invoices, credit notes, payments, VAT and accounting exports
  • Logistics: shipments, delivery notes, export documents
  • Dashboards: stock coverage, margin, production and sales reports

Rollout

  1. Requirements workshop and module selection
  2. Configuration, roles and permissions
  3. Data migration from Excel or your current system
  4. Key-user training, pilot period, then go live

Technical notes

Cloud or on-premise deployment, Arabic, French and English interfaces, multi-currency and multi-site. REST API for e-commerce, courier and accounting tools. After go-live you get a support period and an optional maintenance contract covering updates, backups and new reports.

Questions about Modular ERP system — stock, purchasing, production and invoicing

How long does an ERP rollout take?
Six to twelve weeks. Two modules with clean data are usually live in six weeks; a full rollout covering production, invoicing and several warehouses takes about twelve, including migration and training.
Can we start with a few modules only?
Yes. Most clients start with inventory and sales, then add purchasing, production and invoicing later. Modules share the same database, so nothing has to be migrated again when you expand.
Is the ERP hosted in the cloud or on our own server?
Both are supported. Cloud hosting is managed by us with daily backups; on-premise runs on your own server when data must stay inside the company. The same version and modules are available either way.
